sauté onions, mushrooms, sprinkle w/worcester. season chicken, both sides. pan sear one side, cover in brown beer. cover. wait. add a few tablespoons sour cream. braise collards in the other half of the beer, garlic, salt.

Delicious dinner. Only $8 for two.
